Hi all, so i have user sam who has full access to user ruth’s inbox and calendar. In m365 or windows the button to mark an item as private is on the appointment ribbon but it is small and easy to miss.

Now If They Try To Add Or Edit An Entry Within Outlook (Office 365) They Get 'You Don't Have Permissions To Create An Entry.' If They Use Webmail (Office.com) To Access Their 365 Account Then They Can Edit And Create Calendar Entries.
